Zayn from One Direction was supposed to call into a morning show in Ottawa Canada.

What happens here happens all the time in radio when it comes to interviews. The record label person will call you with the artist on another line and then brief you on things you can't ask them. Doesn't happen every time, but quite a bit. So Zayn's helper got on the phone with a list of things they didn't want him to ask. It's an actual LIST of things:
